Cooperate with Human Factor Expert on the evaluation. Including the cable lengths, earpiece configurations, and the usability of the modules. We use 3D printing to make prototypes for user testings. Collecting the data and do the analysis. Improving the design based on feedbacks which makes the products better and better.

Assembling Process
Use the inside-out assembling method to achieve the ID design. Since the front housing is also a button, the assembling between the front housing and back housing is using glue to seal. The button switch is on the PCB board frontside so the tactility of the PTT button is crisp and solid.
Assembling Issue
Since the front housing and back housing are assembled only by the glue, the engagement is a little soft. We need our products to meet the pulling and rotating test requirements which need the strain relief strong enough to hold the force. After a brainstorming meeting, we came out with a solution that using the internal structure to hold the force instead of using the outer housing to do the support. This solution is also used in other following products
